Mr. Mustafa Aminur Rashid, an Honours graduate in English language & literature  from Dhaka University. He is an MBA(Pr.) from the Institute of Public & Business  Administration of Karachi University in 1961.

 He joind the then Habib Bank Ltd. in Karachi, Pakistan back in 1961. He is a carrier  banker who served in Senior Executive positions of the then Habib Bank Ltd. as well  as its successor Agrani Bank, aleading nationalized bank of the country. He served as  Managing Director of Agrani Bank and retired on 31st December 1996 and LPR on  31.12.96.

He was at World Bank, Washington D.C & worked for "Mohila Upobritti Scheme" in Bangladesh and establishment & Management of small Industries.

He visited big Industries in Japan like Toyota, at Nagoa city, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Hitacchi, Kobe Steel etc. to observe their small Industries corporation of Japan and their utilization of postal deposit.

He successfully completed a Loan contract with IFAD at Rome and introduced off-farm financing in Bangladesh.

He successfully introduced Bank to bank financing of workers sent to Malaysia(Relations to Public Bank Berhad,Malaysia).

Mr. Farooque has done his BA Honours in Economics from the University of Chittagong. While doing his masters he joined Bank as a provisory officer in 1973 batch of Bangladesh. Out of 7000 candidates only 750 could get through as provisory officer in different Bank and he was the one who got selected very successfully during Bangladesh Bank selection process.

Mr.Farooqui very soon joined Agrani Bank as a provisory officer in 1973, after that by virtue of his share merit and brilliant performance he was promoted to the rank of Manager, since than he continued to work for different branches in different places as an excellent manager and as a 2^nd officer in many Branches and at other places and was selected as abest Manager in 1981.

Success breeds success, in the year 1982 he joined National Bank Ltd. (only second private Commercial Bank in Bangladesh), as an A grade officer. Mr. Farooqui had the distinction of receiving the honour of being as a Best Executivefor his outstanding performance in guiding the Bank towards its grand success. He also travelled abroad with his family to different countries sponsored by NBL as a reward. After that he also travelled all over the world except Japan. In 1999 he joined 3^rd generation private Bank as an Executive Vice President and he was the only second man to achieve the feet. Eventually he was promoted to the rank of a Senior Executive Vice President, than Deputy Managing Director and ultimately to the post of Managing Director. He has the credit to hold the post of Managing Director for 2 terms. He completed his Banking carrier in the year 2013 and in the same year he joined Nitol Motors Ltd. as an Advisor. Very recently he has been promoted as Chief Executive Officer (OP). & Director Nitol Niloy Group, once again for his farsightedness, calculative decision making and for improving the bottom line.

Mr. Farooqui was also a brilliant sportsman & winner of two times Gold Cup in Tennis from Chittagong & Sylhet Division. He was the proud recipient of Gold Medal in 1981 from the than President as a class Tennis Player.

 Major General Muhammad Abdul Matin, ndu, psc(Retd) is a highly professional, well  educated and talented officer of Bangladesh Army who joined Nitol-Niloy Group as an  Adviser in May 2007.

 In his long military career, he commanded two Infantry Brigades and was the General  Officer Commanding of two Infantry Divisions at Rangpur and Chittagong including the  largest and the only operational division of Bangladesh Army. A widely traveled military  officer General Matin served as the Defence Adviser for Bangladesh High Commission  in New Delhi, India from 1997 to 2000 and was concurrently accrdited to Nepal. He also held the coveted position of Military Secretary to the Hon'ble President of Bangladesh. Prior to his retirement he was the Director General of Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS).

General Matin is a graduate of Defence Services Command and Staff College, Mirpur. He underwent various professional courses at home, China, Pakistan and USA. He also obtained the post graduate degree of 'ndu' from the National Defence University at Beijing, China. His academic interest includes study on international relations and security affairs particularly on South Asia. General Matin takes keen interest in cricket and golf. He is also memner of many prestigious social and golf clubs in Bangladesh.

Mr. Satya Gopal Podder is a Bachelor in Science of Dhaka University & obtained Diploma on International business Management from USA. He started his banking carrier in 1967 as a Probitionary Officer in Muslim Commercial Bank Ltd Dahaka (Erst-while East Pakistan). After liberation of the country he served in nationalized bank and private bank in various capacities. He retired as deputy Managing Director from City Bank Ltd in January 2002. He was also nominated Director of the city bank ltd in the board of Directors of Industrial development leasing company ltd Bangladesh. He was Senior consultant of Dutch bangla bank ltd from 2002-2005.

He has the affiliation with Nitol Niloy group since many years. He is working as an advisor since 2005. He traveled many parts of the world like USA, UK, France, Bankok, Malaysia and India to attend various international seminars.

 Mr. Md. Khalequzzaman obtained his Masters of Science degree in statistics from  University of Rajshahi and Post Graduate Diploma in Development Administration  from Manchester University, U.K. He retired from the government service as Joint  Secretary, Ministry of industry. During his government service he also served among  his duties as Joint secretary of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare; Chairman-BSCIC;  Member, Executive Council, BOI; Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate etc. He  has the affiliation with Nitol-Niloy group since many years. He is working as Executive  Director Sylhet Pulp Paper Mills Ltd., Nitol-Curtis Curtis Paper Mills Ltd., Nitol Cement  Industries Ltd., Nitol Sugar Mills Ltd. He traveled many parts of the world like UK, USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Philippine, Iran, Saudi Arabia, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nepal to attend various international seminars.

Mr. S. A. H. Ismail has done B.Sc. in Bio-science from Calcutta University in 1983 and an MBA (Marketing) from Asian University of Bangladesh in 2006. He has done Professional Certification on Computer Programming from CMC Ltd of India, MCPS from Microsoft of USA and Diploma on Managing Business from CELEMI LIVON, Sweden.

An astute & result oriented professional, with more than 25 years of extensive techno commercial experience in spearheading business operations. A keen strategist with expertise in managing entire business operations with key focus on top & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Presently associated with Nitol-Niloy Group (NNG) as an Executive / Managing Director.

He has started his career in IT from the year 1987 by joining the company called Project ’21 a sister company of DPS India Pvt Ltd. In the year 1988, he has joined NIIT Ltd., an ISO Certified Indian Multinational Company doing business in IT, spread across 26 countries. He has worked there as Group Consultant till January 2000. He was associated with NIIT for 12 years.

During his tenure in NIIT, he came to Bangladesh in June 1997, as Group Consultant, to work at BEXIMCO System Pvt Ltd., to develop the Technical Team of NIIT Education centers across the country.

 He has joined NNG in January 2000, as IT Advisor and has guided a team of Programmers to develop software for the various divisions under the Nitol Motors Ltd. His team of programmers has automated systems like Sales, Inventory & Financial Accounting system, EMI Recovery management, Service Center Operation and Spare Parts Distribution.

Currently he is the Managing Director of NITS Service Pvt. Ltd., a sister company of NNG and also deputed to look after the Business Operation of the different units of Nitol Motors Ltd., viz. Spare Parts Distribution, Service Network and Mechanic Training School.

 Mr. M. Ismail, Company Secretary, Nitol-Niloy Group obtained post graduate degree in  Commerce from Dhaka University in 1968 and qualified C.A.(Int.) & Final(Law Group)  from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Bangladesh. He has over 30 years  experience in industrial project sponsored by multinational foreign companies and  development projects jointly sponsored by government and development partners.

 Mr. Ismail was Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist; Finnancial Analyst in  Fertilizer Distribution Improvement Project, (Phase 1&2) implemented by Ministry of  Agriculture, GOB, funded by USAID; Project Design Consultant, Agribusiness & Technology Development Project; USAID; Impact Evaluation Consultant, Food Crops Development Program loan (FCDPL) Ministry of Finance, GOB, Funded by Asian Develpment Bank; Project Preparation Consultant, Tracer Study Project, Ministry of Land, GOB, Funded by UNDP; PRA Specialist for sustainable land use planning in line with NEMAP, funded by UNDP, He was Short Term Consultant(TDY) to review Agriculture Commercialization Enterprise(ACE) Project, India; Agribusiness Project, Indonesia; Agro-Enterprise Project, Sre Lanka.

Mr. Ismail designed many industrial projects for private sector and development project for GOs and NGOs; cnducted many evaluation studies and project assessments; wrote project implementation monitoring reports & designed evaluation studies.

Mr. M. Ismail is the author of two professional books namely:-

  a. Company Meetings & Resolutions for Directors & Secretaries.
  b. Logical Frame work Approach to the Project Design, Maintaining & Evaluation.

By virtue of his position in different project funded by donors & implemented by government and non-government organization in different countries, Mr. Ismail reviewed few doznes of development project, monitoring & evaluation report and acquired capability of international standard required for the development project design, monitoring and evaluation using logical Framework Approach. He is working as Company secretary in Nitol-Niloy Group since 2001. He is well conversant with in Tax, VAT, Securities Law & Company Law.

 Brig Gen Kazi Anwar ul Islam, afwc, psc, (Retd), is serving with the Nitol-Niloy Group (NNG), one of the top conglomerates of the Country, as Group HR Advisor since July 2010. He was made Director of NNG in Jan’ 2014 and looking after the HR of Nitol -TATA Division. Brig Anwar is also assigned with the responsibility of Group Admin and Security. He is the Chief Coordinator of imparting the Training of TATA Division and additionally monitoring the Vehicle Credit Recovery of the West Zone.

Brig Kazi Anwar Served with Bangladesh Army for about 32 years in different capacities. He attended various professional courses, seminars and symposia both at home and abroad. He is a graduate of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSC & SC) and National Defence College (NDC) of Bangladesh. Brig Gen Kazi Anwar participated in the United Nations Peace Operations in Somalia and Liberia in 1993 and 2004 respectively.

Brig Gen Kazi Anwar obtained his Masters in Political Science from Dhaka University and also did his Post Graduate in Personnel Management. Brig Gen Kazi Anwar did his Masters in Defence Studies and War Studies as well. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration (HRM) with Dean's merit honor. He has a number of Publications, to his credit, in different journals and newspapers.

 Brig Gen Kazi Anwar hails from Sirajgong. He is married to Rehana Islam and father of one son and a daughter. Travelling is his hobby and visited a number of countries.

 Dr. Kazi Rahmat-e-Mowla Completed MBBS in 1976 (Examination held in 1978) from  Dhaka Medical College. Worked in Dhaka Medical College Hospital as Asstt. Surgeon  (Internship) for one year Three Months and Thana Family Planning Officer as Medical  officer for 4 (fours) Month under the Ministry of Health & Family Planning, Govt. of  Bangladesh worked in Adamjee Jute Mills Ltd as senior Medical officer for Six months.  Japan Petroleum Exploration Company Ltd as Field Medical officer for One Year Six  Months, Join Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation under the Ministry of  Industries, Govt. of Bangladesh in July 1983 and worked under that corporation in  different Industries in different position/status up to March 2008. Since 2009 working under Nitol-Niloy Group as Health Advisor.

 Mr. Habibur Rahman is a Master of Arts in English and LL.B from the University of Dhaka. He entered the Central Government Senior Class–1 Service of Pakistan in 1966 through the then Central Public Service Commission of Pakistan on merit quota.

 In his 30 years of service with the Government of Pakistan / Bangladesh, he worked in the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism / Ministry of Commerce / Ministry of Labor and Manpower / Ministry of Defense.
